Studio ROCKS Enrollment

What is Studio R.O.C.K.S.?
Studio R.O.C.K.S. (Reading, Outdoors, Creativity, Knowledge, Self-Discovery) is a before- and after-school  multi-disciplinary program that weaves together academics, poetry, drama, music, dance, chess, fine arts, photography and technology. Specific studio workshops are selected by students based on their interest. These activities provide every child with the opportunity to develop as achievers, leaders, athletes and creative thinkers. Children also receive tutoring support, homework help, and engage in web-based educational computer learning programs.

Why should children participate in Studio R.O.C.K.S.?
Six or seven hours of school is often not enough to allow a child to explore multiple learning styles. Studio R.O.C.K.S. supplements education and helps children to continue at grade-level and beyond. Not only is Studio R.O.C.K.S. a safe haven for children, but the program helps to build social skills and develop healthy lifestyles as children become well-rounded through the exposure to diverse cultural activities.
