Biography
Esperanza Sanchez is a nurse attorney with a passion for advocacy.
She currently serves as a Senior Attorney with the U.S. Department of Labor. In addition to her law practice, Esperanza is a registered nurse with 14 years of critical care experience, 6 years of which were served at various hospitals across the District.
Most notably, Esperanza served on the Rapid Response Team at the George Washington University Hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic, where she was named a WTOP Frontline Hero. Her experience at the bedside gave her direct insight to the needs of some of the most vulnerable residents of the District, affirming her lifelong commitment to service.
She is excited for the opportunity to, once again, serve the community she loves through her work with DC Bilingual.
