The DC Bilingual Parent Teacher Association (PTA) collaborates with teachers and administration to support the mission and vision of our school, promotes community, and serves as a voice for DC Bilingual caregivers and teachers.

Throughout the year, the PTA:

Facilitates school-wide PTA meetings on topics of interest to caregivers and teachers

Hosts community-building events, like play dates and movie nights
‍

Raises funds to support these initiatives and others throughout the year
‍

Organizes staff and teacher appreciation events
‍

Recruits and supports classroom “Room Bees” (caregivers who support coordination and community-building)
‍

And so much more!

The DC Bilingual PTA is its own 501(c)3 nonprofit, managed by a volunteer board. All DC Bilingual caregivers and families are considered members of the PTA, and there are many ways to get involved! Please get in touch with us with any questions or suggestions: PTA@dcbilingual.org.
