Reflect and self-assess your school’s journey: Identify pivotal moments in your school’s history that have shaped its growth and success, and collaborate with your team to self-assess your school’s alignment with the DCB Approach framework, identifying areas of strength and opportunities for growth.
Day 2: Building a Thriving School Culture: The History & Evolution of DCB’s School Culture
Deepen understanding of how mission alignment, core beliefs, and equity-driven systems work together to cultivate a thriving school and classroom culture.
Reflect on key learnings and begin to plan how to apply DCB’s mindsets and practices to strengthen school culture and belonging. Explore a culture that centers identity & belonging, reflection, celebrates diverse identities, and fosters inclusion, voice, and high expectations.
Day 3: Building a Thriving Classroom Culture: Our Why and Our Way
